Privacy Policy

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and what you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe, and we never see or store it.
• When you join our email list: your email address.
• When you contact us: your name, email and whatever you write to us.
• Automatically: pages you view, the device and browser you use, your IP address, and cookies or similar technologies (see “Advertising and analytics”). Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, and to send receipts and shipping updates.
• To answer your messages.
• To send our newsletter if you signed up. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
• To measure how our ads perform and show them to people likely to be interested.
• To prevent fraud, keep the site working, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help us run the store:

• Stripe: payment processing.
• GoHighLevel: our customer records, and how we manage orders and messages.
• Sanity: where order records are stored.
• Vercel: website hosting and privacy-friendly site analytics.
• Resend: sends us notification emails about orders and messages.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): advertising measurement, described below.
• Shipping carriers: to deliver your order.

We don't sell your personal information for money. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and purchases, and to show our ads to people who may be interested. They may use cookies and send Meta information such as the pages you view, items you add to your cart, your purchase, your IP address and browser, and your email, phone, name and address in hashed form (scrambled so Meta can match them to an account, not read them). Meta's use of this information is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.

You can control the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn't use cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for business, tax and legal purposes. Email list and contact information is kept until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing grumpypuppyco@gmail.com. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as the law requires.

Children

Our store isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes and contact
