Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

• Orders of $50 or more (before shipping) ship free.
• Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.99.

The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time and tracking

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. We'll email you a tracking number when it's on the way. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email grumpypuppyco@gmail.com and we'll chase it down with the carrier.

Changing or canceling an order

Email grumpypuppyco@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll change it or cancel it and refund you in full.

Returns

• You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
• To start a return, email grumpypuppyco@gmail.com with your order number and the item you're returning. We'll reply with where to send it.
• Return shipping is paid by you, unless the return is because of our mistake (see below).
• Once the item arrives back with us, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email grumpypuppyco@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like instead. We'll swap it as long as it's in stock; otherwise we'll refund you.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email grumpypuppyco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you won't pay any shipping either way.
