These terms apply when you use grumpypuppyco.com or buy from Grumpy Puppy Co. (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Products
We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary and each piece is finished to order, so small differences from the photos can happen. Hoodies are finished with either heat press or embroidery, whichever you choose.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, an item being unavailable, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.
Shipping and returns
Shipping, delivery, returns and exchanges are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.

The designs, characters, artwork, text and images on this site belong to Grumpy Puppy Co. Please don't copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. That means no interfering with how it works, no attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, and no using it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
